New Money-Back Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your round of golf and decide to stop playing 
before the 4th hole, our staff will offer you a 100% refund.
   

Please note: the Money-Back Guarantee cannot be substituted for our 
Rain or Heat Check policies in instances where they are applicable.


See below for some operational examples of our new Public Golf Assurance policies:

Rain Check
Heat Check Money-Back Guarantee:

Example One:   After a rain delay, wet fairway conditions prompt the staff to limit golf carts to the paths. Are players who are not yet on the 17th or 18th holes eligible for a Rain Check or does the Money-Back Guarantee apply? 

Cart Path restrictions were a direct result of the rain delay that occurred on their chosen day of play. The Rain Check policy applies.
 
Example Two:   A significant amount of rain has occurred earlier in the week. It's a sunny day and players begin arriving at the golf course, only to find that the facility is still under a “Cart Path Only” restriction. Do any of the policies apply? 

Yes; players have the option of playing for three holes and deciding if they want to continue. If they chose to discontinue play prior to beginning play on the fourth hole, they are eligible to receive 100% of their playing fees (cash back).


Example Three:  It’s a hot day in the summer (approaching 90 degrees), but your group decides to play. During one of the first three holes, a member of the group says that it is too hot to continue. Does the Money Back Guarantee or Heat Check apply? 

The Money-Back Guarantee applies if the player discontinues play prior to the 4th hole. 

The weather is still above 90 degrees as the group finishes the 9th hole. A second member of the group decides that it is too hot to continue. Does the Heat Check apply? 

Yes, as long as the temperature is at, or above 90 degrees (as shown on the clubhouse thermometer), the player is eligible to receive a 50% Heat Check. 

The remaining players decide to quit after the 12th hole citing that it is too hot to continue. Do any of the refund policies apply? No.

Golfers must receive any and all credits due prior to leaving the facility. Golfers will not be eligible for any of the assurances offered by the BCRA after the day of play has passed.
